Located in the heart of the old town Lefkada, 2 stories historical building, built in the early 20th century.
Total property size – 160 sqm main area, plus 20 sqm balcony and a 30 sqm beautiful backyard with an old well.
The architecture plans were made by S.I.A.H Architects, using modern elements blended with parts of the old building’s structure (brick walls, antique doors and windows, high wooden ceiling etc.)
The interior design of the apartments was made by Studio45k architecture a local Greek architecture studio.
